Logistics sector not afraid for less work because of drones

Research shows that a large majority (61%) of the employers and employees in the logistics and supply chain sector expects to start using drones in the future. However, according to his group (88%) the implementation is slowed down due to the lack of rules and legislation. This holds companies back from investing in this technology.
44% expects that new jobs will be created through the use of drones. It is striking that only 35% expects that jobs in this sector will disappear because of the use of drones. According to 90% of the respondents, it is essential to continuously receive training for professionals that want to keep working in this sector (News Item Hays, 13 April 2017).
