EU Member States to evaluate 107 substances in 2018-2020

30 October 2017

ECHA proposes to include 107 substances in the Community rolling action plan (CoRAP) for 2018-2020 to be evaluated by the Member States. 26 substances are expected to be evaluated in 2018, 37 in 2019 and 44 in 2020.
ECHA encourages registrants of the listed substances to start coordinating their actions and to contact the evaluating authorities in the Member States. Downstream users of the listed substances are invited to review the information they hold and share that with registrants. The draft CoRAP includes non-confidential substance names, CAS and EC numbers, tentative year of evaluation, and contact details of the proposed evaluating Member State (ECHA News Alert, 24 October 2017).
