NetDespatch has released its 2019 UK Delivery Report (6.44 MB), based on a survey of 2013 UK adults who had received deliveries in the past six months.
OTTO (in Dutch) research finds 78% of the Dutch do not suffer from delivery shame. At the same time, they do think that neighbours order too many parcels.
