NL: Shortage on job market specialists and project managers

Two analyses of technical recruitment agency Yacht give insight in the developments in the job market for technical personnel in the Netherlands. They conclude that there is a shortage in well-educated specialised professionals and technical product managers.
For example, the national demand for mechanical engineers in the fourth quarter is 4 times as high as the supply. This makes finding and binding highly trained engineers a big challenge for businesses.
Employers can increase their appeal by anticipating on the need of these knowledge workers for a satisfying job.
One important aspect is giving recognition for accomplished achievements (Press Release Yacht, 4 February 2016).
