Master Thesis: Packaging equipment replacement plan

As part of his master assignment Koen van Mil will give a presentation on 3 June 2016 entitled: Asset replacement planning: The design of a long term asset replacement plan for the packaging department of the Grolsch brewery. He designed a long term replacement plan for the equipment in the packaging department of the Grolsch brewery of NVC-member Royal Grolsch.
The lifespan of all the equipment in the packaging department was estimated based on machine type, technical lifespan prediction, supplier information and production hours. Using this information, the optimal replacement year for every machine has been determined (Website University of Twente, May 2016).
