NL: Sustainability Agenda for Packaging – Version 2
March 26th the Dutch Knowledge Institute on Sustainable Packaging (KIDV) published the second version of its Sustainability Agenda for Packaging. The agenda is updated annually and published as such on the KIDV website. Part of the agenda is the Future Vision Sustainable Packaging 2040. This addresses four scenarios for packaging in 2040 in conjunction with ‘the potential future reality and the way towards this’.
Other projects are (four) materials sustainability plans, a (follow-up) study on beverage cartons, a (follow-up) study on decreasing the amount of plastic shopper bags, sustainable packaging buying policy, a disposal guide and a list of PVC exemptions.
