Drupa research report on the impact of the internet on print

This report describes the survey amongst the drupa expert panel on the impact of the internet on print. Nearly half of them reported a decline in demand for conventional (non-digital) print since 2009, 1/5 reported an increase. Packaging declined only 14%, compared with 33% for commercial and 42% for publishing print. For the future, a growth in packaging print of 4% is foreseen.
