Predictions of shopping behaviour in global e-commerce #1
The Adobe 2014 Holiday Shopping Prediction provides data on the trends in and current behaviour of online shoppers and its implications for retailers and packaging. The report is based on the analysis of aggregated and anonymous data from more than one trillion visits to 4,500 retail websites since 2008. In the single month October 2014, more than 20 billion visits to e-commerce websites were analysed. Adobe prides itself in predicting Thanksgiving and Cyber Monday sales within 1% accuracy. November and December together account for more than 27% of total annual online sales.
