Registry of Intentions page updated

05 June 2014

The Registry of Intentions page on the ECHA website has been updated. It now includes references to the specific regulations and a brief explanation of the process that follows after the successful submission of dossiers.
ECHA or Member States may prepare dossiers for the identification of substances of very high concern and dossiers proposing restrictions. Dossiers proposing harmonised classification and labelling may be prepared by MSCAs and manufacturers, importers or downstream users. The aim of the public Registry of Intentions is to make interested parties aware of the substances for which a CLH, SVHC or restriction dossier is intended to be submitted (ECHA e-News, 7 May 2014).
