Human capital in the graphic media industry

01 March 2016

A recent GOC study indicates how businesses in the graphic media industry manage their human capital. They mainly make an effort of introducing more efficient work processes. Graphic media companies also stimulate the personal responsibility among staff carrying out the work, the ability to think-up out-of-the-box solutions, developing new products and services, and coaching employees to develop their individual talents.
Co-creation together with customers and other companies in the same line of business scores relatively high. There is not much interest in offering individual choices in the terms of employment and facilitating external internships to gather external knowledge.
