48% rise in global amount of packaging job vacancies

LinkedIn now has 15,738 packaging job vacancies worldwide when searched on the generic term of packaging. This is a 48% growth (10,609 job vacancies NVC Research August 27th). The site provides 6,025 results for packaging manager (+45%) and 2,815 results (+38%) for packaging engineer (NVC Research Sept. 25th, 2014). Business has jobs available for 3,645 generic packaging professionals (+37%).
Professionals qualified by the international NVC Diploma are added to the NVC Register of Packaging Professionals. At the moment this register holds 570+ names. They have successfully completed their international Exams for NVC Packaging Professional I and/or NVC Packaging Professional II.
