UN publishes 18th revised edition of the Model Regulations (‘Orange Book’)

The UN has made available an electronic version of the 18^th revised edition of the Model Regulations (the ‘Orange Book’) with the changes from the previous edition highlighted in ‘track change’ mode. This version is so far only available in English, on the UNECE website (HCB newsletter, 26 September 2013).
