Profile concentration of chemical through sandwich packaging

02 November 2015

Researchers at the University of Casablanca studied the process of chemical transfer through a sandwich packaging. They determined the profile of concentration of a chemical through a sandwich packaging in order to understand this phenomenon. The method used for determining the profile of concentration of the chemical in the polymer, is based on numerical analysis.
This is done by putting two polymer sheets in contact, one containing the chemical while the other is free from this chemical. The second part is done by putting the sheet of the polymer containing the chemical in contact with two virgin sheets (Oriental Journal of Chemistry, 10 September 2015).
