Pillars, drivers and dimensions of green logistics

A report in the international journal of business describes the increased attention to green logistics. Defined as efforts to examine ways of reducing external factors and achieving a more sustainable balance between environmental, economic and social objectives.
The main drivers for green logistics are not only to help the environment, yet to strengthen public relations through increased reputation and brand protection on green messaging. The author introduces a relation between the dimensions of green logistics (cost, time, network, reliability, storage and e-commerce) with their outcome, paradoxes and their contribution to the creation of economic and social value.
