NL: Questions about packaging submitted for scientific agenda

26 May 2015

Until 1 May 2015 questions could be submitted for the Dutch National Scientific Agenda (Nationale Wetenschapsagenda). A total of 11656 questions have been submitted. These questions form the basis of the National Scientific Agenda. Questions about sustainability, health, the brain, and economy are the most common.
The questions that deal with the subject of packaging cover themes like preventing waste, improving labelling, reducing the use of packaging materials, and improving the collection of packaging waste. During the entire month of May a large amount of juries, consisting of scientists, will check and classify all questions (News item Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs, 7 May 2015).
