NL: Environment - Answers to House and minutes debate

01 September 2015

On 24 June 2015 3 letters were sent to Dutch House (Tweede Kamer) containing answers to questions posed by members of parliament. One letter is about Plastic Heroes and the lack of clarity in the statistics of the collection and processing of PET bottles. Another letter is about the banning of free plastic bags. The third letter is about the deposit system and the industry not meeting the requirement to ban packaging material containing PVC from the supermarkets. On 25 June 2015 the House Committee on Infrastructure and Environment held a debate. One of the subjects discussed was the report on the progress of the Packaging Agreement 2013-2022. On 10 August the final minutes were published.
