06 December 2013

On 28 November 2013 the Dutch state secretary of Health, Welfare and Sport sent a letter to the House of Representatives concerning the research about the e-cigarette performed by the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA) and the Dutch National Institute for Public Health and the environment (RIVM).
One of the issues the NVWA found was that important information can be missing on the packaging concerning the amount of nicotine.
Also information about proper use and the dangers of e-cigarettes can be missing.
