The growth of e-commerce in the last 5 years has also given rise to 5 million square meters of new e-fulfilment space, inherently driving job growth.
Key takeaways from the research report are the predictions related to job growth, real estate and geographies. Forecasted in the next 5 years is that 200,000 new jobs will be created, 15 million square meters of logistic space will be needed, and growth will be strongest in Poland and the Czech Republic.
