Research on European e-commerce

23 November 2015

There are significant difference between European e-commerce markets. These differences can be seen in the expectations of consumers, in the wide range of possible online sectors and the logistic processes involved with parcel delivery. The Scandinavian post consortium PostNord studied these differences, which have been summed up by Paazl. The research, for which 11,000 consumers were surveyed, concludes that British spend the most online on a yearly basis, the Dutch are the lease patient with their order deliveries, and the Germans return their purchases the most. The most international purchases are made by the Nordics, of which 70% has purchased something across border lines.
