Investments in EU packaging industry 2010-2014

Consultancy Frost & Sullivan report on their study on the financial performance and various merger and acquisition deals in the European packaging industry, divided into metal and glass containers and paper packaging (no plastic packaging). Deals were analysed based on the volume and value, and are further broken down by country, quarter, and type of buyer, and top 10 deal lists are provided.
The study delves into the nature of cross-border deals and takes into account enterprise value, percent sought, and stock premium rise of the target company. The study period is from Jan. 1, 2010, to Dec. 31, 2014. Market drivers and restraints and packaging trends through 2020 are included.
