ANUGA FoodTec Forum session on MAP packaging and leak detection

From 20-23 March 2018 the Anuga FoodTec will take place in Cologne, Germany. NVC is partner in the field of food packaging with special focus on novel applications, new materials, legislation, food safety and fighting food waste. NVC member-visitors as well as member-exhibitors will be assisted during the show via the NVC stand, located at Boulevard B033.

On Thursday 22 March, Ger Standhardt of the NVC will give a presentation about 'Trends in packaging under Modified Atmosphere and leak testing: insights from the NVC innovation project' in the supporting programme of the German Expert Food Centre DLG. Next to the results of the NVC project on leak detection he will discuss how you can prevent food waste by making strategic choices in the use of leak detection.
