The Pack-Age™ cheese ripening film is perm-selective, supplying just enough moisture to the cheese (ripening/drying) while maintaining an effective oxygen barrier against mould growth. The result: a naturally ripened cheese with a matured taste and texture. By its selective permeability the unique packaging structure is moisture permeable whilst having an oxygen barrier, thus a real breakthrough technology in cheese ripening: bringing economics while substantially improving the footprint of cheese production.
