Belgium: Royal Decree amending the labeling requirements relating to aerosols

The Royal Decree of 26 November 2013 amending, regarding the labelling requirements, the Royal Decree of 31 July 2009 concerning aerosols was published in the Belgian Government Gazette on 15 January.
The aim of this decree is the transposition of Directive 2013/10/EU of the Commission of 19 March 2013 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to aerosol dispensers in order to adapt its labelling provisions to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures. Particular attention is given to e.g. hazard statements and the use of the word “Warning” (Belgian Government Gazette, 15 January 2014).
