NVC international working group encourages Lifelong Learning in packaging
The retirement age is rising, we have to work longer and packaging knowledge is ageing faster and faster. The only way to remain competitive as a company and employable as an employee is to continue to develop yourself.
The NVC International Working Group Life Long Learning in Packaging takes stock of the critical success factors, offers a unique platform for exchanging insights and shows the latest developments in the field of reliable examination, (live) online learning and effective HRM in the business community. Specific attention is paid to the development of the knowledge and skills needed for the packaging sector as a whole to make a successful transition to sustainable packaging based on (design for) recycling, new materials and new distribution patterns, such as e-commerce.
The working group meets once a year to discuss trends and to set the course for the future. The next meeting will be on Wednesday 24 February 2021 in Düsseldorf, Germany (the day prior to the interpack there).
