The course

After completing this course you have the necessary packaging knowledge to determine the right procurement strategy for packaging. A successful procurement strategy demands thorough insight into the packaging function and packaging options for the business(es) throughout the entire supply chain. This course offers you the right knowledge and insights.

This three-day course will take place at the NVC Netherlands Packaging Centre in Gouda, the Netherlands. The primary course language is Dutch, however depending on the demand the course may be offered in English as well. Please contact Oscar Faber for this.

Bas has over 21 years of experience at manufacturers of packaged products. At first in various sales and purchasing positions and over 14 years as consultant, trainer/coach and interim professional in the areas of purchasing and supply chain management.

Roland ten Klooster, Packaging developer/owner Plato Product Consultants:
Roland has over 20 years of experience in packaging design, management of packaging design projects, optimisation of packaging processes, development and engineering of consumer and B2B packaging (plastics, glass, paper, board, labelling etc.). Activities like functional specification, design and engineering, production, purchasing, optimization, are part of his daily work.
