NVC Course Printing of Packaging (Classroom and company visits)

The course

After completing this course you are able to judge the printing quality of your packaging using different criteria and if possible implement improvements.

During the course the following questions will be answered:

  • How to improve the quality of our packaging printing?
  • On what areas can costs be saved?
  • In what situations can we choose for digital printing, gravure, flexo or offset?
  • Can we change the packaging material without changing our existing printing technique?
  • How to improve our profitability during discussions with suppliers/customers?
  • Solving printing problems already in the prepress stage?

This three-day course will take place at the NVC Netherlands Packaging Centre in Gouda, the Netherlands and at printing companies.

Reviews

"Extensive course that discusses all aspects of the printing of packaging. From pre-press, different printing techniques for digital printing, gravure, flexo and offset to color management.
The company visits make the complete E2E (end to end) story very clear and transparent.

Engineer Packaging

"The knowledge acquired during the course has stuck and is now used during my sales meetings when necessary.
The group had a nice click, the tutors had a lot of expertise and could deliver the message in the right way through their many years of practical experience. It is the task of NVC to get the right people in the right place and in my opinion they succeeded in that.
Altogether a high mark, and hopefully I can start a new interesting course to broaden my knowledge again soon."

Kees Zwarthoed, Account manager

"I experienced this training to be very useful.
Very interesting, pleasant and well-cared-for. Also the company visit to the printer was very useful."
